抄録/ポイント： 本研究では,作業者が工作機械を用いて加工プロセスを実行する加工システムにおいて,作業者が通常の生産活動を行いながら,空き時間を利用して自習による研修を行い新たな技能を獲得する状況を対象とする。このとき,作業者が生産計画を遵守しながら生産活動を行い,かつ今後の生産計画で必要となる技能を獲得することを目的として,作業者の通常の生産活動の作業回数および技能教育のための研修回数を,混合整数計画問題に基づいて決定する教育計画の作成手法を提案する。(著者抄録)
