- 1995 - 1997 既に、色素体DNAの複製開始点を決定し、そこに結合するタンパク質の解析を行っている。また、色素体の分裂に関わると考えられる因子の研究も進めている。更に、核DNAの複製開始点の同定も行っている。
- 1995 - 1997 高等植物細胞の自己複製過程について研究している。主にタバコ培養細胞BY2を用い、色素体DNA及び色素体そのものの複製過程を明らかにしたいと考えている。
