初期発生課程に影響を及ぼすゼブラフィッシュ母性効果突然変異体の 検索と解析 遺伝的形質は、父親と母親から子に受け継がれるDNAのみならず、 卵子の細胞質中に存在する因子(母性因子)によっても伝えられる。 私はこの母性因子の働きを制御する遺伝子に変異を持つ ゼブラフィッシュ母性効果突然変異体を作成し、その中から初期発生 課程に異常をきたすものを検索している。変異の原因を詳しく解析 することにより、母性因子の機能に必須な遺伝子の特定を目指して いる。
