  • 2006 - 現在 英語・日本語において、音節、韻脚(foot)といった音韻的単位が、各種の分節的・超分節的現象とどのように関わっているかを調べる。具体的には、英語における/t,d/の弾音化や/l/の軟口蓋化、日本語東京方言における高母音の無声化と所謂「アクセント核移動」の関係などを扱う。
  • 2006 - 現在 生成文法の枠組みの中で、自然言語の音韻的普遍性と、英語ならびに日本語の音韻の個別を探究する。
