SnoRNABase is an extensive database of human small nucleolar RNAs (snoRNAs) constructed with the invaluable assistance of Laboratoire de Biologie Mol?culaire Eucaryote (LBME) and Jean-Pierre Bachellerie in particular.
This repository provides the sequences of both snoRNA classes, namely C/D box snoRNAs and H/ACA box snoRNAs.
In version 2 of the database each class contains information on a set of four proteins.
In the updated version 3 of the database different sequences are used and the nucleotides are numbered differently.
Keyword search and Blast search options are available.
