The original database has been retired. The Genotype frequency data are available in NBDC Human Database (http://humandbs.biosciencedbc.jp/en/), and the JSNP original SNP data in 'JSNP data FASTA files' are available in Life Science Database Archive (https://dbarchive.biosciencedbc.jp/index-e.html).
