Overview：
National Bioresource Project - 'Pathogenic microbes' collects reliable strains of pathogenic microorganisms (fungi, actinomycetes, bacteria and protozoa) to support education and research in infectious diseases. Contents of 'Database' category including keyword search and 'Animation' category are only available in Japanese, and some resources restrict database access. This database also provides the picture lists of pathogenic fungi and actinomycetes. Requests for distribution and deposition of resources are available by email.
