Codon Usage Database
Resource classification: Data,Database
Tag (subject)  (2): Genome/Gene ,  RNA

Species (3): Bacteria (NCBI Taxonomy ID: 2) ,  Eukaryota (NCBI Taxonomy ID: 2759) ,  Viruses (NCBI Taxonomy ID: 10239)
Overview:
The Codon Usage Database is an extended web-based version of CUTG (Codon Usage Tabulated from GenBank) and is used for exploration of codon usage within various organisms, chloroplast, and mitochondria. The database captures data from the NCBI-GenBank for 3,027,973 complete protein coding genes from 35,799 organisms. Users can search the database by organism with data expressed in tabular form: codon, frequency per 1000, number. In addition, the table can be modified to include the amino acid encoded by the codon.
