Overview：
This is a system that automatically predicts gene structures coding for proteins using existing silkworm genomic sequences. The predictions are made by combining the analytical results of several tools (geneScan, FgeneSH, HMMER). Users can browse previous predictions and input their own sequences for new predictions.
