Overview：
This is an on-demand analysis database performing functional predictions for amino acid sequences designated within a protein. The functional predictions are made by analysis using feature of each sequence, the three-dimensional structures, predictions on regions of disorder, as well as sequence and conformational similarities to published proteins or domains.
This project was developed as a part of the Targeted Proteins Research Program (TPRP) from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, Japan.
