Overview：
NAISTrap is a database of gene-trapped ES cell lines generated by a gene trapping method termed UPATrap. Each entry consists of following 7 items; the clone number, name of the trapped gene, expression pattern in ES cells, identity, coding sequence in mRNA, deleted region and trapped sequence. NAISTrap provides a tutorial for the UPATrap and other gene trapping methods. Users can order available resources by e-mail.
