Overview：
The tmRDB is a database of the structures and functions of the tmRNA (earlier called "10S RNA"). This database provides aligned, annotated and phylogenetically ordered tmRNA sequences. It also provides sequences of tag peptide and tmRNA-associated proteins. The alignments of the tmRNA sequences represent conserved secondary structure elements where each base pair is proven by comparative sequence analysis. Whole sequences are downloadable.
