This is a database for repetitive DNA. It is comprised of databases of model sequences for the repetitive DNA (Repbase Update, RU) and electronic journals (Repbase Reports, RR). RU is a collection of sequences for repetitive DNA obtained from different eukaryotes, and users can search by the type of repetitive DNA, internal elements, and species. RR contains literature used to present the sequences collected in RU. (Paid subscription required)
