Overview：
DTA DATABASE collects results of DTA (Dihedral Transition Analysis) from comprehensive and non-redundant dataset of high-resolution protein structures. DTA is the method for characterizing protein motion from one given 3D protein structure to another, based on large changes of main chain dihedral angles. It allows to sort and search functions from different aspects. It also provides a list of protein pairs.
