Overview：
This database contains information of genes predicted to be transcription factors from the complete soybean genome sequences (Glyma1.0 model) and the comprehensive annotation. Currently, the database contains 4,342 records of gene loci encoding 5,035 transcription factor models in 61 families. The database also has a good search function, allowing searches by transcription factor family name, keywords, gene ID, GO terms, and cis motifs. Homology searches by BLAST as well as display and download of information through the genome browser is also possible.
