This database is comprised of gene loci whose function has been linked to a phenotype in published papers in the Web of Science. The information, such as phenotype, method of functional analysis, and genomic position, are shown on the same platform (table and genome browser) as the QTL database, Q-TARO (http://integbio.jp/dbcatalog/record/nbdc01234). As such, comparisons between genomic distribution and the QTL region registered in Q-TARO can be compared.
