Overview：
Sequence Navigator is a portal site to PDBj that uses BLAST to search for protein structures. The database contains 3D PDB structural representations of proteins and returns results homologous to the search sequence or PDB ID. Users can then cluster results and obtain superpositions of homologous structures.
