Overview：
Het-PDB Navi is a database of heterogen molecules in the Protein Data Bank (PDB), which act as cofactors for enzymes or stabilizers of proteins. Entries can be surveyed to study their interactions statistically. Searches can be performed based on PDB code, hetero-atom code, protein name or hetero-atom name. Help with the use of the RasMol application is also provided.
