Overview：
DDBJ, which is organized by NIG (National Institute of genetics), is one of the three databanks that constitute International Nucleotide Sequence Database (INSD). DDBJ shares new and updated data with EMBL and GenBank at any given moment, and Japanese researchers submit 99% of INSD data through DDBJ. It privides sequence data search systems such as getentry, ARSA, TXSearch and BLAST. Phylogenetic analysis is also available on the web by using sequence alignment program; ClustalW.
