Polymorphism of Microsatellite Markers is a database of genotypic information on microsatellite loci in the Japanese population. This database contains data on location, heterozygosity, the number of alleles and repeat unit for each locus. It treats 4868 microsatellite markers of 64 normal Japanese individuals.
