JG-SNP is a database for accurate medical information and SNPs associated with geriatric diseases. This database contains information on clinical and pathological diagnoses, autopsy findings and SNPs kept by Tokyo Metropolitan Geriatric Hospital. Correlation between genetic polymorphisms and geriatric diseases can be searched by SNPs data and diagnoses, respectively.
