Overview：
AARS is a database of Aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases in a number of microbial organisms. This repository provides a link 'Amino acid sequences', which opens up a list of amino acids for Class I Aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases and for Class II Aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases. Selecting any one of these amino acids provides entry to a page containing detailed information on the organism as well as the sequence of nucleotide bases of the amino acid. An option to download batches of Fasta files of the sequences is available. The 3D X-ray diffraction structures and the NMR structures of the aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases are also accessible.
