MINDS: Medical Information Network Distribution Service

This service provides information to medical professionals and patients on relevant treatment therapy options that are sufficiently supported by scientific evidence so the best possible treatment can be chosen and agreed upon by both parties, in accordance with patients' wishes, beliefs, medical ethics, and social restrictions. Medical consultation guidelines and literature references available from this service are prepared by experts based on scientific evidence. Recommendations in the guidelines are based on scientific judgments supported by the accumulated findings of medical research and therefore can support decision making in clinical settings. Guidelines and literature references can be found using the complete viewing and search function. A table of contents (for viewing), keyword search function, and question-based viewing (clinical questions) are available.
