Overview:
Kinase Pathway Database is an integrated database of classification of protein kinases in the major eukaryotic species (human, mouse, rat, yeast, nematode, fruit fly) for which genomic sequences have been determined. It includes information about functional conservation, interspecies orthologs, protein-protein interactions, domains, structure, and pathway information. Information of protein-protein interactions were extracted from the summary of publications using natural language processing (NLP). Interspecies comparison of pathways can also be performed.
