Overview：
The Candida Albicans Physical Map Website is a portal site about Candida albicans genome and its annotation. It contains a physical map, based on a fosmid library, which was used in conjunction with a new assembly, Assembly 20, based on bioinformatics, to provide completed sequence for most chromosomes. This database contains also Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) map, based on Assembly 19 of the genome. Users are able to use the Assembly 20 contigs at the Candida Genome Database (CGD).
