Coelacanth Genome Project is a database for whole genome sequencing of extant coelacanth species and comparative genomic analyses. It provides Gbrowse, BLAST and keyword search. Genome sequence, gene sequences, protein sequences, non-cording RNA, and fosmid end sequences are available through the website.This database also contains CT-scan images and three-dimensional images of coelacanths.
