Overview：
UniCarbKB is a knowledge database of glycan structures of glycoproteins. It provides comprehensive information concerning glycan structures and published glycoprotein information, including global and site-specific attachment information.
This database mainly searches records from three databases:
(1) GlycosuiteDB, a glycan structure database;
(2) EUROCarbDB, an informatic standards database;
(3) GlycoBase, which contains elution positions (expressed as glucose unit values) for more than 650 2AB-labeled N-linked and O-linked glycan structures determined by a combination of HPLC, UPLC, exoglycosidase sequencing and mass spectrometry (MALDI-MS, ESI-MS, ESI-MS/MS, LC-MS, LC-ESI-MS/MS).
This database allows searches by names of taxonomy, tissue, protein name, protein accession or composition.
