抄録/ポイント： 目的:FANCONI貧血(FA)遺伝子突然変異と臨床転帰との関係を検討する。方法:6例のFA患者の臨床データを遡及的に分析し,単一細胞ゲル電気泳動とマイトマイシンC(MMC)によって誘発された染色体破壊試験を行った。また、先天性骨髄性疾患の遺伝子検査キット或いは相補実験を用いて遺伝子タイピングを行い、最後にFA患者の治療3、6、9、12ケ月の臨床転帰と遺伝子突然変異の関係を総合的に分析した。結果:6例のFA患者のうち、5例はFANCA型、1例はFANCM型、4例は2種類以上のFA遺伝子突然変異があった。臨床重症度が同じFA患者の中に、FA突然変異遺伝子が多い患者は発症年齢が比較的に小さく、薬物反応が悪く、更に重症に発展しやすい。結論:同時に2種類以上のFA突然変異遺伝子を携帯した患者は予後が悪く、造血幹細胞移植をできるだけ早く行うべきである。Data from the ScienceChina, LCAS.【JST・京大機械翻訳】
