抄録/ポイント： 目的;口腔顎面部感染症患者の疫学的特徴を検討する。方法;144例の口腔顎面部感染症患者のカルテ資料を遡及分析する。【結果】;144例の口腔顎顔面間隙感染患者の男女比は1.18:1であった。60歳以上の人(34.02%)は好発者であった。歯原性感染は第一病因(65.97%)であった。単間隙感染は70例(48.61%)、多隙間感染は74例(51.39%)、下顎下間隙は単間隙感染患者と性感染患者の間の病変の比率はそれぞれ%%と30.81%であった。合併症を合併する合併症は気道が最もよく見られる(16.67%)。結論;口腔顎面部感染症患者は歯原性による隙間感染が最もよく見られ、早期に特異性(特に命の合併症)に対応する処置を行うべきである。Data from the ScienceChina, LCAS.
