抄録/ポイント： 【目的】はすい頭部癌の治療におけるmesopancreas全切除術(TMpE)の実現可能性と安全性を評価すること。【方法】当センター2010年5月から2014年1月にTMpE施行したすい頭部癌の120名の患者の臨床的および病理学的データを後ろ向きに分析した。【結果】平均手術時間は(275.0±50.2)分であり,平均術中出血量は(390.0±160.5)mLであった。術後合併症は45人の患者で報告されているが,周術期死亡は認められなかった。試料縁は三次元で測定した,86名の患者(71.6%)はR0切除を達成した。【結論】TMpEは安全ですい頭部癌に対する実行可能であり,特にR0切除率を増加させるために有用である。Data from the ScienceChina, LCAS.
