抄録/ポイント： ・ヒトは常に合理的な意思決定を行うことを前提とした従来の経済学ではなく,経験や感情を考慮した「行動経済学」に注目。
・農業者を対象とした農業政策の介入の効果の検討では,利潤最大化の行動を取らないバイアスを考慮し,政策手段として「ナッジ」を採用。
・ここでは米国農務省およびフランス国立農業食料環境研究所による,ナッジによる農業者の行動への効果に関する研究を紹介。
・消費者を対象とした,ナッジの研究は比較的容易で,ここでは健康な食品を選択するナッジに関する研究例を紹介。
