温度依存性を低減したCMOS基準電流源回路

抄録/ポイント： 本論文は,温度依存性の低い基準電流源回路に関して,Toumazouらの回路の改良回路を提案し,従来回路との比較について解析を行った結果を示す。温度依存性を抑えるため,正の温度係数をもつ回路としてベータマルチプライヤーを用い,負の温度係数をもつ回路としてToumazouらの回路の改良を行った回路を用いた組合せ回路を提案する。解析結果を検証するため0.18μmCMOSを想定したHSPICEシミュレーションにより46ppmという温度係数が得られることを確認した。(著者抄録)
