【課題】手、足、口等眼瞼を使用することなく意識的に、人の意思を明確に他者に伝えることができる画像刺激-脳波意思伝達方法、及びそれに用いる簡便なシステムを提供する。【解決手段】被験者に、ディスプレイ上の複数の画像(図、文字、または語句)を複数回ずつ見せ、各刺激開始後一定時間における被験者の脳波を測定し、各刺激に対する脳波のパワースペクトルを対比することにより意思伝達したい内容を選択する方法。【選択図】 なし

請求項１：

被験者に、ランダムな順番でディスプレイ上の画像(以下「刺激」という)を見せ、刺激開始後一定時間における被験者の脳波を測定し、各刺激に対する脳波の波長毎のパワースペクトルを対比することにより、意思伝達したい内容を選択することを特徴とする画像刺激-脳波意思伝達方法。
