抄録/ポイント： Sam-An Truyenラグーンでは,エビの養殖場の面積が広がっている。これらの漁業は小規模であり,Sam-An Truyenラグーン地区では,違法で破壊的漁業活動が報告されている。そのために,極最近,養殖の地区計画が策定された。この計画ではXa Bac水路が拡張され,2012年までのもうひとつの水路が建設される。調査により,この新しい水路により地区漁民の64%が,彼らの漁業面積の半分を失い,17%の漁民は,90%以上の面積を失うことを示した。
