抄録/ポイント： セル生産方式では,一般に,多品種少量生産が行われるため,各製品の生産台数が少なく,作業者の能力が十分に習熟する前に次の製品の生産に移行する。そのため,セル生産の生産効率を上げるには,作業者の習熟過程を促進し,その初期段階の作業時間を短縮することが重要であると考えられる。そこで,本研究では,まず,組立工程における作業者の習熟過程を分析し,組立作業の初期段階の習熟を促進する作業支援手法を提案した。さらに,作業支援システムのプロトタイプを開発し,実験を行った。これにより,作業者の習熟率が約10パーセント向上することを示した。(著者抄録)
