【課題】骨代謝、骨免疫関連遺伝子変動を簡便に分類、評価することにより、間葉系幹細胞からの細胞の分化状態を評価できる手法を提供する。【解決手段】細胞分化の品質管理に関連する遺伝子群と、それらの発現量の変化を検出するためのオリゴヌクレオチドプローブ。また、当該オリゴヌクレオチドプローブを搭載したDNAマイクロアレイ。さらには、間葉系幹細胞を分化させ、その遺伝子発現パターンの変化を把握することにより、特に、破骨細胞、骨芽細胞または軟骨細胞へ分化した細胞の品質を簡便に評価すること。【選択図】なし
