パパイン,ヒアルロニダーゼで消化したヒト胃液に塩化セチルピリジェウム比濁法を用い,コンドロイチン硫酸A(I)を基準とする測定法が,その回収率(80~95%),再現性の上でほぼ満足すべき結果を与えた.本法で測定される胃液内化合物の電気泳動的固定により,ヒト胃液にはIと性質の似た物質の存在を認めた.本法で測定されるGlassらの研究に準拠した硫酸ムコ物質(II),硫酸糖たんぱく(III)とIはカストリンテトラペプチド刺激よりもインシュリン刺激に応じてより多量に排出される.II.III,I濃度とペプシン活性との間に相関性はなかった.インシュリン刺激時の胃液II.III濃度の変動は正常群では刺激の初めに上昇するが,胃・十二指腸かいよう群では上昇を認めがたい.胃かいように共存する胃粘膜のい縮性変化に伴ってIIIが増し,高度粘膜変化群のIIIは対照値を上まわる:参16
