抄録/ポイント： 灰チタン石構造形成の領域を実験的に決定した。Srが少い時はCe以外のLaからSmで灰チタン石型コバルト酸化物を作り,EuからErまでは原子番号の増加と共に形成の下の境界が増える。Sr量の変化にともなう化合物の斜方面体的ひずみの緩和を定性的に述べる。Sr量があるレベルの時は抵抗の温度係数は温度の広域に渡り小さく,酸素欠陥の増加と共に抵抗が増える;写図8表1参9
