抄録/ポイント： こはく酸脱水素酵素およびNADを助酵素とする脱水素酵素の染色において,主として幽門腺領域の被蓄上皮細胞の基底側に強い活性を認めた.かつ壁細胞にもっとも強く,主細胞にもっとも強く,主細胞および副細胞に中等度に出現.NADPを助酵素とする脱水素酵素は胃の被蓋上皮に強い活性を呈した.変性,壊死をおこすと,これら脱水素酵素の活性は,初期においてはやや上昇するが,その進展に伴い,著しく低下.萎縮性病変では活性は低下,肥厚性または増殖性病変で上昇する.
