抄録/ポイント： ダイズシストセンチュウの卵を寄主植物の根の浸出液に入れてふ化する場合,前もって水に卵をつける前処理の効果を調べた.その結果,ふ化促進策として,卵をすぐ根の浸出液につけるよりも温水にまず浸す方法をとった方がふ化率が高くなることがわかった.浸す温度と時間は,2週間30°Cの場合が最もふ化率大.また根の浸出液は25°Cの時に,前処理の期間,温度にかかわらず最高のふ化率を示した.以上の結果から,ふ化率を高めるための処理条件は,卵を25~30°Cの水に1~2週間つけ,25°Cの根の浸出液に移すのが最もよいと考えた:参12
