肝のインドシアニングリーン(ICG)移送に関する臨床的研究

抄録/ポイント： 正常,各種肝疾患についてICGを0.5mg/kg 1回静注し肝での移行率係数,最大排せつ能(Tm).比較的貯臓能(S)を測定し肝における色素の移送と代謝について検討.血しょうから肝への移行率(a)の低下は急性肝炎極期,肝硬変,閉そく性黄だん,Rotor型過ビリルビン血症に著明で,肝から胆汁への移行率(h)の低下ば急性肝炎極期,回復期,慢性肝炎,閉そく性黄だん,Dubin-Johnson症候群に著明.肝から血しょうへの移行率(b)は閉そく性黄だん,Rotor型で増加した.急性肝炎,肝硬変,閉そく性黄だん,Rotor型,Dubin-Johnson症候群にTmの低下を認め,急性肝炎,肝硬変,Rotor型にSの低下を認めた.Tmはa,hに左右されSはa,bにより規定されると考えられる:参36
