抄録/ポイント： 新興の学術領域であるCitizen Science(市民科学)の発展は,情報科学技術の発展と不可分の関係にある。生物多様性に関連する分野においても,その可能性はとみに高まっている。本稿では,市民科学に関連する生物多様性情報データベースの現況と課題を,国内外の事例から概観することによって,今後の生物多様性情報データベースを活用した市民科学の在り方を考える。(著者抄録)
