抄録/ポイント： 2011年3月11日,東北地方太平洋沖地震に伴う大規模な津波が三陸沿岸を襲った。津波は底質に大きな擾乱をもたらし,人工構造物,自然地形のほか,下水処理システムや水産養殖施設などの社会基盤が深刻に破壊された。深刻で継続的な問題は,影響を受けた海域の栄養塩の型の根本的な変更であり,これは生態系の回復と漁業再建のプロセスに深刻な影響を及ぼす可能性がある。本研究では,津波によって大きな被害を受けた小さな湾である大槌湾の水柱の栄養状態を調査した。2011年5月から2014年7月に収集されたデータから,潜在的に津波の影響に関連した栄養素パラメータの顕著な特徴が明らかになった。(1)2011年9月までの高い濁度と亜硝酸塩とケイ酸塩の高濃度,(2)2011年11月から2012年1月までの混合期中の高リン酸塩濃度と低い全無機窒素(アンモニア+硝酸塩+亜硝酸塩)とリン酸塩の比(TIN/P)を特徴とする海水の広がり。(3)地震以前よりも高い値となる,それ以降の年の混合期でのTIN/P比の増加。これらのデータは,大地震後の大槌湾の栄養状態の変化とその後の回復の証拠を提供するだけでなく,少なくとも2014年の初めまで続くと思われる栄養化学量論の津波が誘導した変更の可能性を示唆している。Copyright 2015 The Oceanographic Society of Japan and Springer Japan Translated from English into Japanese by JST.
