抄録/ポイント： ボルトの緩みが原因で大きな事故,災害になるケースが後をたたない。ボルトに緩みが生じたとき,自動的に締め付けるボルトはまだない。そのためボルトの緩みによる事故を防ぐには,人間による点検は欠かすことができないのが現状であるが,この点検は目視点検が大多数を占めており,この方法では,ボルトの脱落や大きな変化は発見可能であるが,微小な緩みを発見することはできない。本研究では,微小なボルトの緩み進行状態を正確に可視化により把握できる装置を開発した。この可視化装置は,ポジティブな安全確認型で構成されおり,安全点検の正確性と能率性を兼ね備えたもので,事故,災害を未然に防ぐことを目的としている。(著者抄録)
