抄録/ポイント： マイコトキシン結果金融損傷とかなり安全性リスク。本論文では,穀類中のデオキシニバレノール(DON)マイコトキシンの迅速検出のための携帯型Ramanシステムに基づく表面増強Raman散乱(SERS)の可能性を調べた。最適条件下で,純粋なDON解のためのSERS分析は100nmまでの検出限界(LOD)10~ 7Mから10~ 2Mの広い動的濃度範囲を持っている。B3LYP/6 311++G(d, p)のレベルで密度汎関数理論(DFT)解析も振動帰属のための行った。実用化に向け,DON含有トウモロコシとインゲンマメの両方のために提案されたRaman法のLODは10~ 6Mとして検証し,DON含有エンバクのLODは展望として10~ 4Mであった。,SERS技術は,高感度と選択性のために種々の穀類でDON残基の現場検出のための選択的有望なアッセイに開発される可能性がある。Copyright 2017 Elsevier B.V., Amsterdam.
