抄録/ポイント： 光学装置を設計する場合に光学素子の絶対光学的厚さと表面形状は,基本的な特性と考えられている。厚さと表面形状はコストを削減するために同時に測定する必要がある。本研究では,直径100mmの厚さ6mm溶融シリカ透明板の絶対光学的厚さと表面形状は三表面Fizeau干渉計で同時に測定した。波長同調Fourier変換と位相シフト法を組み合わせた測定法を提案した。群屈折率に対応する絶対光学的厚さは波長同調Fourier解析により決定した。波長同調の開始時と終了時に,干渉縞の分数相は通常の屈折率に対する位相シフト技術と光学的厚さの変化により測定し,表面形状を決定した。これらの二種類の光学的厚さの溶融シリカガラスの屈折率のためのSellmeier方程式を用いて合成した,最小二乗フィッティング法を用いて最終的な絶対光学的厚さ分布を測定した。実験結果は,絶対光学的厚さと表面形状のためのすべての測定不確実性は,約3nmと35nmであったことを示した。Copyright 2017 Elsevier B.V., Amsterdam.
