抄録/ポイント： 軽度末期緑内障患者における使い捨て二重翼(Kahook)の眼圧(IOP)低下効果と安全性を評価すること。国際多施設眼科診療中心。前向き介入症例シリーズ。使い捨て二重ブレードを用いた水晶体超音波乳化吸引術+隅角切開術を受けた緑内障の連続患者を本研究に登録した。臨床データ,術前・術後眼圧,薬物使用,有害事象か,追加手術を含むdeidentified収集された各中心は6か月の追跡時に必要であった。本研究に含まれた71眼のうち,原発開放隅角緑内障70%であった。他の診断は閉塞隅角,色素,偽落屑,正常眼圧緑内障を含んでいた。中程度の緑内障の穏和で35%,難治性緑内障を有するとして分類された眼の六十五%。結果ベースラインの平均眼圧は術後6か月~17.4mmHg±5.2(SD)から12.8±2.6mmHgへと降圧薬の使用は1.6±1.3から0.9±1.0へ低下した(P<.001とP=.005)であった。最も一般的な観察は,手術中の血液の逆流した(39.4%)。単一使用二重翼隅角切開術+超音波水晶体乳化吸引術はIOPの著しい,持続した減少と6か月の追跡調査後の緑内障薬物療法における減少をもたらした。Copyright 2017 Elsevier B.V., Amsterdam.
