抄録/ポイント： 組織工学に基づくアプローチによる心臓および肺組織に影響を及ぼす障害の修復および再生は,現在特に興味がある。この物質に関して,異なるファミリーの生物活性ガラス(BG)は,最近,心筋梗塞のようなこれらの組織の難治性疾患の治療に関して多くの考慮を払われている。BGsの固有の性質は,血管新生を刺激し,それらの優れた生体適合性と共に,抗微生物効果を誘導するために,硬い組織に結合する能力を含み,これらの新たに提案された戦略を支持する。さらに,BGsは,損傷した心臓および肺組織を修復するために使用されるポリマーベースの構築物の機械的性質を細かく調整するための生物活性強化相としても作用することができる。本研究では,心臓および肺系の損傷組織の修復および再生に関して,異なる型のBGs,単独または他の材料(例えば高分子)との組合せの可能性を評価した。Copyright 2018 The Author(s) All rights reserved.
