抄録/ポイント： タンニン酸のUV-vis吸収スペクトルをpH1.0~9.0で得た。錯体のpH値依存性により,鉄イオンによるタンニン酸の化学量論を,モル比法により緩衝液中で試験した。結果は,Fe(III)に対するタンニン酸の錯体比は炭酸塩緩衝液中で1:1とFe(II)3:1であり,鉄-タンニン錯体の錯体比はpH2.2で1:1であることを示唆した。配位反応における鉄イオンによるタンニン酸の異なる色変化のため,タンニン酸試験紙を設計した。水溶液中のFe(III)濃度は5.000×10~6mol/L以上で,Fe(II)濃度は1.000×10~5mol/L以上であった。Copyright 2019 Zhaofeng Fu and Rui Chen.
