抄録/ポイント： 嚢胞性膵臓神経内分泌腫瘍は全神経内分泌腫瘍の約13%を占める。画像診断法の改善により,症例の発生率が増加している。症例は68歳男性で,CT上すい嚢胞を偶然発見した。Fine Needle Aspation(EUS-FNA)による初期内視鏡超音波検査は,膵臓偽嚢胞を示唆する超音波検査および細胞学的特徴を示した。しかし,嚢胞は吸引後のサイズの変化なしで持続し,追跡EUS-FNAを誘導し,針に基づく共焦点レーザ内視鏡(nCLE)と組み合わせた。nCLEの特徴は嚢胞性膵臓神経内分泌腫瘍と一致し,その後,外科的切除後に組織学的に確認された。Copyright 2019 Iqra Haq et al.
